1 General Terms & Conditions

Kirikya (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "kirikya") is an international online gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between kirikya and its users ("members", "you").

2 Account Registration

To play on kirikya, you must first create a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.

• Each individual may only register one account.
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration cannot be changed.
• Keeping your account information secure is entirely your responsibility.
• Your password should never be shared with anyone.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

3 Age Verification

Kirikya serves only individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We believe protecting children and young people is a shared social responsibility.

If an account is found to belong to a person under 18 years of age, it will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

• You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or driving license for verification.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until age verification is completed.
• Kirikya may request age verification at any time.

4 Deposits & Payments

You can deposit on kirikya using Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus Pay. All deposits are accepted in BDT and are generally credited to your account instantly.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless a technical error is proven.
• Kirikya reserves the right to investigate any account involved in suspicious transactions.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal from kirikya can be processed. Withdrawals cannot be completed without verification. Our goal is to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• VIP members receive priority withdrawals, processed within 6 hours.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• A maximum daily withdrawal limit may apply.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Requests to close your account must be submitted to support@kirikya.ws.
• All valid balances should be withdrawn before closing your account.
• Balances in accounts closed due to Terms & Conditions violations may be forfeited.
• To recover a suspended account, you will need to contact our support team.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
